Return on Wellness Episode 13 - David Allison Founder of The Valuegraphics Project

from Return on Wellness · host Olympian Meeting

In Episode 13 I flew to Vancouver, Canada to chat with  @DavidAllison.Valuegraphics  Our conversation was compared the difference between the outdated way of thinking around "demographics" and why "values" are such a stronger way of reaching the right people. In fact so much so that only 10% of marketing efforts when based on demographics are correct. When we spoke about why that matters when it comes to Events it's because when your event speaks to peoples values there are 3 core things you can increase; Ticket Prices, Engagement and Trust! The project The Valuegraphics Project did with Google and Storycraft is The Belonging Index and it can be found at https://www.valuegraphics.online/belonging It's a free resource for planners on how to build belonging into events. There's also a free download on the shared values of event attendees called How to Engage and Influence Event Attendees at https://www.davidallisoninc.com/downloads The survey people can use is in David's book The Death of Demographics which you can get on Amazon at https://a.co/d/cmzQEec Thanks for watching!
