Revelation Chapter 2 (Don’t Stay in Your Sin, Repent) Oct 6, 2023 07:29

from Song, Scripture, and My Thoughts · host N

Song Recommendation: Worthy of Your Name by Shane & Shane. Scripture: Revelation 1 and Genesis 16:13. It’s so important to not stay in your sin. If you are born again, you shouldn’t want to sin any longer. Jesus says repent. Repent  means to turn away from sin. If you sin, don’t be hard on yourself (no one can get it right), but keep repenting and praying for God to deliver you. God knows the heart and knows you’re trying… An intimate relationship with Him is key. “Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;.” Once we’re sealed, we are sealed. For instance, in my life, once I knew of Jesus, and now I personally know Him and He knows me. I am now sealed and am a child of the living God. I am born again. “Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.“ Scripture says we will be given a new name❤️“Revelation 2:17 And I will give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it.” ***I do have one correction, which I’ll share in the next episode*** Podcast website: https://kx9xgkfg2k.podbean.com/ Please support Angie’s online business at: https://howardshandmade.com/
