Ospreay said that to understand what it takes to be a British wrestler fighting for the world title on the biggest stage, you have to understand what it’s like to be a British wrestler. Ospreay reminisced on his days on the English independent scene, saying it was to show the UK is where the best wrestle. He gives a shoutout to British wrestling legends like Mark Haskins, Doug Williams, and more. Ospreay also said he liked to honor those who are no longer here, like Chris Travis, Mad Kurt, Ryan Smile, and Lionheart. He mentioned that Omega is not there tonight, but says no one has more respect for Omega than him; however, the respect is gone after Omega mentioned his son. Ospreay said he promises his best on Sunday and that “you don’t want to fuck with a man looking after a boy.” He said that there is a debt that needs to be paid and that it is time to bring it home.AEW Continental Challenge Cup Semifinal: Jon Moxley def. MJF said he would take a selfie with a fan, but Andrade appeared and attacked MJF.Jericho announced he would be part of the Casino Gauntlet and will be in action on AEW Collision.AEW Continental Challenge Cup Semifinal: Nigel McGuinness def. Kyle O’Reilly. Kyle Fletcher & Kazuchika Okada spoke backstage, with Fletcher asking Okada to “run the play” on AEW All In London. Okada got after Fletcher for thinking only of himself.Persephone & Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne & Lena Kross) def. Maya World & Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter & Alex Windsor).There was a vignette for Kevin Knight & Darby Allin.Swerve Strickland (w/ Prince Nana) def. The hooded man is Steven Borden. Callis prevents them from attacking further. Callis says he’s been scouting Borden and believes he should join the Family. Borden says that Darby is going to take the TNT Title. Knight hits Borden with the title. After that, Kyle Fletcher had a staredown with Knight.Maya World called out Persephone for a match on the AEW All In Buy-In.Konosuke Takeshita def.
