Reviewing 2014 So You Can Plan 2015

The end of 2014 is nearly here and a lot of folks are knee deep in planning for 2015. Unfortunately a lot of folks also skip one REALLY important part in their planning, reviewing.If you don't look at what worked and didn't work this year, you're just gambling again next year.
