REVIVE 2025 | "Identity" Youth Seminar from Jonty Allcock

This is the Co-Mission summer series covering the talks and seminars from REVIVE, our annual festival. This episode is the youth seminar entitled "Identity" from Jonty Allcock, pastor at The Globe Church   Confident, insecure, fearful, pressure, pretending, shame,.. a swirling concoction of emotions that feed into our fragile sense of self worth and identity. It might sound weird, but a proper grasp of justification will really help us rise above the storm and root our identity deeply in Christ. We will be talking mostly about that. It will be fun. And possibly life-changing.   Jonty is the pastor of The Globe Church, helps to lead at a Contagious Youth Conference and was once a teenager. He doesn’t claim to have all the answers but is increasingly convinced that Jesus is spectacular and the gospel transforms us. He also supports Southampton so at very least you could feel sorry for him.   Co-Mission exists to plant churches to reach London for Christ. We're passionate about church planting in London because we are convinced it's one of the most effective ways to reach new areas of the city, bringing the gospel to people from every nation, tribe, and tongue in those areas.
