Hon berättar också om relationen med mannen som kom att misshandla henne både fysiskt och verbalt, men hur hon till slut lyckades göra sig fri och läka sig själv. Hon har nu startat företaget Her Way där hon bland annat hjälper kvinnor som lever i destruktiva relationer. Nathalie tipsar även om träningsinspirationen från Kim Kardashian (att sova med träningskläder) när hon bodde i New York, hon avslöjar sina morgonrutiner och massa annat.
