THE JEREMIAH SHOW - Featuring Chef Robert Irvine, Restaurant Impossible RESTAURANT IMPOSSIBLE - Twenty-two seasons, over 200 restaurants and episodes, in 42 states. I’m talking about the wildly popular and successful TV series Restaurant Impossible. This was how I first encountered Chef Robert Irvine and his sledgehammer. This is likely how you met Chef Irvine, too. Here’s the premise: In two days and on a $10,000 materials budget, Chef Robert Irvine renovates a failing American restaurant to help restore it to profitability and prominence. You know Robert as a chef and restaurant superhero. But did you know that Robert Irvine is a former Royal Navy officer? His initial culinary training started there. This training led to his future work with veterans, and his work has earned him numerous civilian honors, including the 2023 Veterans of Foreign Wars Distinguished Citizenship Award. He is also a restaurateur. He owns and operates Fresh Kitchen within the Pentagon.  He is focused on expanding high-quality, nutritious food options for military personnel through initiatives like Victory Fresh at Ft. Jackson and the upcoming QSR iteration of Fresh Kitchen at Joint Base Andrews. Fitness is his fuel. He owns FitCrunch, whose protein bars, powders, and snacks are available nationwide. Robert Irvine Foods prepares restaurant-quality dishes for grocery stores.   He owns Boardroom Spirits, based in Lansdale, PA, and creates handcrafted vodka, rum, and whiskey. A portion of the proceeds from all of Robert’s endeavors benefit the Robert Irvine Foundation.  Created in 2014, the foundation gives back to our military and first responder communities. Funds help those in need through resiliency, health, and wellness programs and the financial support of top-rated military and first responder organizations. The Robert Irvine Foundation  The Foundation supports and strengthens the physical and mental well-being of our service members, veterans, first responders, and their families. It provides these heroes with life-changing opportunities that unlock their personal and professional potential through food, wellness, community, and financial support.
