Rocking Midlife™- The PodcastSeason 1. Episode 2.My guest today is Michelle Yandle, an inspiring Health and Nutrition Educator and Coachwhose passion is teaching people how to feel amazing, (without all the nutrition confusionand bs) and without having to give up the foods they love. One of her mantras is “FEELGREAT and EAT CAKE” and she helps break the chains of constant dieting, cravings, bingingand feeling out of control around food that cause women in particular to feel guilt andshame.Says Michelle: “Like many women, since I was put on my first diet at age 12 I have struggledwith food. I’ve followed every trend, every diet, every drink and every microwave meal inorder to be my ‘healthiest self’. Many of the people I work with today are plagued with thesame vicious cycle. It wasn’t until I began to do some research into my Mi’kmaq (NativeAmerican) ancestry and began to incorporate the teachings of The Medicine Wheel into mypractice that I was able to help not only those I worked with but myself as well.It was then, Empowered Eating was born. Since then, I've written books, spokeninternationally (incl. TEDx), written for Nadia Magazine and Healthy Food Guide amongstothers and appeared on Radio and Television sharing the message of Empowered Eating andGentle Nutrition.”LINKS:* Find Michelle’s 12 Week Empowered Eating program here, and she has generouslyprovided a 20% discount coupon for listeners: COLUCCIO20www.michelleyandle.com/empowered-eating-course* Michelle’s website: www.michelleyandle.com* For all social media, look for @michelleyandlenutritionEnjoyed this episode of the Rocking Midlife™ Podcast Show?
