Rogue Trader Session 21-2

Venari Hallerman (Rogue Trader) – John Kynnoch (Navigator) – Jesse Jarnan Morgun (Missionary) – Jon Emmaus Kore (Void Master) – Kevin GM – Neil After making sure that everything on mining colony world has been secured, including Venari’s reputation, the Heretics Bane leaves for Agusia. Unfortunately for the crew they have Kynnoch guiding them through the warp. The ship drops out of warp to the sound of klaxons blaring and they find themselves at the mercy of a trio of orc ships. The orc captain threatens to destroy the Heretics Bane unless the crew pays tribute to save their lives. Venari is able to convince the orc captain to take the tainted grain from Ballentine saying it’s made from people and their teeth. There is absolutely no chance that this comes back to bite them in the ass later. Contemplating acquisition of a new navigator, Venari orders Kynnoch to take the ship back into the warp. Surprisingly they are able to make up lost time in the warp and make it to Agusia at the original estimated time but…….they exit to close to a star in the system and the Heretics Bane is heavily damaged.
