Roll or Die Episode #96 - Matt and Liz Chick

This week we got to chat with Matthew Chick and his wife Liz Chick.  Together, along with their children, they combine to make up Combat Therapy Centre.  As much as we love great gyms with normal aspirations, this one breaks the mold.  Yes, BJJ is probably some sort of therapy to you and I, but making BJJ to others who maybe couldn't access it is one of the strengths and missions of this club.  You just have to hear what they are up to.  Also Imagine being a black belt, and then having the privilege of strapping black belts around 2 of your kids waists, on the same day!  Statistically the chances of this happening are so low.  That's what recently happened  There's so much more to unpack here, so dive in with us to see wat this awesome family are up to.
