Had a great conversation with Mr. Rodrick Lopez. The founder and owner of Roloathetics a Crossfit box (gym), and the formulator of a supplement called Creolyte. A supplement that combines creatine monohydrate and electrolytes. Some of what we talk about in this episode... How he got into Crossfit? His experience with preworkouts. Using them to help get through the grind of college. Also, why he didn't create a preworkout? He instead developed Creolyte, which doesn't have any stimulants. Did Rodrick conduct any market research before formulating and releasing Creolyte. He also goes into the scientific research he did before developing the supplement.
