Send us your feedback — we’re listeningMidday Prayer — Jesus, Renew My Mind Today: I Step Away from Pressure and Return to Your Truth and Peace Romans 12:2 — Be Transformed by the Renewing of Your Mind Live from London, England São Paulo • Dallas • Nairobi • Manila • Geneva midday prayer for peace • Romans 12:2 prayer • renew my mind prayer • anxiety thoughts prayer • Christian clarity prayer Romans 12:2 (NIV): “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” Philippians 4:8 (NIV): “Whatever is true, whatever is noble… think about such things.” Jesus, in the middle of this day, I recognise how easily my thoughts can be shaped by pressure. There are moments where my thinking becomes crowded—where worry, expectation, and distraction begin to take up space within me. But I do not stay there. I come back to You. Where pressure has shaped my thinking, let Your truth reshape it with peace. Where my thoughts have become scattered, bring clarity. Where tension has settled in, bring stillness. My mind can be renewed. Not by effort alone, but by returning to You. By allowing Your truth to become stronger than what I feel and clearer than what I fear. Jesus, steady my thoughts. Let me think clearly, calmly, and truthfully. Let what is unnecessary fall away, and let what is good, right, and life-giving remain. I return to You. Jesús, renueva mi mente y lléname de Tu paz hoy. Jesus Cristo, renova a minha mente e enche-me da Tua paz hoje. From São Paulo to Dallas, from Nairobi to Geneva, across every place feeling mental pressure, You are present. You are renewing. You are restoring Your people. So I continue—clear, steady, and at peace. In Your name, Jesus, my mind is renewed and my thoughts are at peace.
