As this day begins to draw to a close, you may be carrying both the blessings and the burdens that today has brought. Some prayers may already have been answered, while others are still waiting in hope. Whatever this day has held, the Lord has remained faithful. Before you move into the quietness of the evening, allow your heart to rest once more in the God who fills His people with lasting hope. Romans 15:13 (NIV) “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Heavenly Father, thank You for being the God of all hope. Lord Jesus, when our strength begins to fade and our hearts grow weary, remind us that Your promises never fail. Holy Spirit, fill us afresh with Your joy, Your peace and Your confidence as we place our trust in You. Help us to leave behind the worries we cannot change and to rest in the assurance that You are still working for our good. May our hearts overflow with hope, our words bring encouragement to others and our lives reflect Your faithfulness. As this evening unfolds, let Your presence quiet every anxious thought and renew our confidence for tomorrow. Today we declare that fear will not win, because the God of hope fills our hearts with His peace, His joy and His unfailing love. We pray for every listener joining us from the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore and across the world.
