This podcast is made up of three recorded segments. The first was recorded on 11/19 the second on 11/25 and the third on 11/26. Seg 1: I learn that when you do an update to your GPS watch make sure that it is complete before you try to use it for a run. Ran with Laura at the Mountain in the late afternoon. Seg 2: Walked at Mountain Park Park on Monday, a day I should have been running. The plan is to run on Tuesday to make up for the missed run on Monday. Seg 3: Didn't make up the day I missed so today is Wednesday and will just go with the program and not worry about making up the missed day. Had a good slow run on the trail this afternoon plus 4 - 20 sec pick ups at the end. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!
