Ron'sUpdate 120_LostTrailRunner

While I am in my mobile recording studio I give an update on my Peachtree Road Race on July 4th. I go over the couple of half marathons I am planning in October and December. I also discuss the upcoming XTERRA Trail Run GA Series. The intro song is “MeanToHurt” and the outtro is “OneTooth Smile“, both from Digital Juice at digitaljuice.com. This podcast was recorded on an iPod Nano G6 with an earpod mic. Please go on iTunes and give my podcast a review the more the better and I don’t have many. You can leave comments at my website, losttrailrunner.com on the podcast pages.
