Rosemary finally reveals newly feminized face

Before and after his dysphoria was cured. Now he's got iatrogenic sanpaku eyes. To me this creates the illusion that he's actually wearing his mother's flayed face as a mask. Seems that he's got some muscle weakness and droop affecting the zygomaticus muscle and zygomatic branch of the facial nerve. This is consistent with his report if a life-threatening oral arterial bleed during the surgery. I actually noticed this under the Halloween mask.
