Roswell, New Mexico (2019) - Season 1

This month, Rachael makes the girls watch the 2019 CW reboot Roswell, New Mexico. This is one of those shows where she didn't want to like being a big fan of the original (as Kerri and Evelyn are), but she did! Evelyn found it to be just fine. Kerri did not like this one at all. We all think it's a plus that the characters have been aged up out of high school. Plus, Claudia Black! It's always good to see her. But if there is one word that could be used to describe this show, it's "hamfisted." There's also just too much happening. At least half the plotlines could be dropped, which would greatly help. Next month, we're returning to a feel-good classic: season 1 of The Good Place which can be found on Netflix.
