The Traffic Light ModelHow to review what's in flow and what's not.This episode is from my #factsandstatsfriday highlights - to explain the value of the Traffic Light model from the book Radical Self Belief and the coaching around sustainable success.I cover off:✔️ The 3 vital pillars to check what is working, what's stuck and where are the blocks in any given moment in life and your personal ecosystem.✔️ The key to limiting overwhelm and keeping agile is regular pit stops and a framework to know what is in flow, what's stuck and what's a no-go.✔️ This model is helpful to do when you feel you are in survival mode as well to assist in understanding positive and negative areas in your world that need your attention.✔️ It can be applied to ANYTHING from projects, to people, places to even considering what is working in a family dynamic or your own health and wellbeing.A reminder this week that these models are proven tools you can use at any time and the simplicity of them is where the beauty is.1. GREEN - in flow2. AMBER - stuck or something uncertain - could go either way3. RED - not a positive functioning aspect in your ecosystem.
