We saw Secretary Rubio talk about how the focus here is long term, sustainable peace rather than a short term ceasefire. We then had Republican lawmakers go on news shows to talk about how we need to back Ukraine's stance in these talks to secure a viable solution. That's a bit of a change that's worth noting.
