As a mother who worked full time in the corporate world whilst being a freelance writer as a side gig, Dawn combines the lessons learned from both worlds to create processes that are repeatable and reliable. During the 2020 pandemic Dawn decided to get out of the house and take up running to help improve her mental health, this led to her ready to run her first marathon and she will be talking about all of this and how when we are going through a tough time we can channel our thoughts, feelings and emotions into something productive to help us through those difficult times.
