Rutina: tren inferior/ Routine: lower body El tren inferior es una de las partes del cuerpo que me gusta entrenar más, la considero una de las más importantes para desarrollar cualquier actividad de nuestra vida diaria, desde estar de pie, caminar, correr, agacharse, saltar, bailar, quehaceres del hogar, entre otras actividades. Por eso me enfoco en trabajarla por lo menos tres veces por semana, así tengo garantizado tener mejor equilibrio, coordinación, fuerza y resistencia en esa zona del cuerpo. ! [English Version] The lower body is one of the parts of the body that I like to train more, I consider it one of the most important to develop any activity of our daily life, from standing, walking, running, bending, jumping, dancing, household chores, among other activities. That's why I focus on working it at least three times a week, so I am guaranteed to have better balance, coordination, strength and endurance in that area of the body. Hacer ejercicios, es vida, me libera el estrés, cambia mi estado de ánimo, y cuando culminó quedó satisfecha, no solo yo en lo emocional, mi cuerpo se siente extraordinario. Quiero compartir con ustedes una rutina que realice el día de ayer, en total fueron 11 ejercicios maravillosos, que te ayudarán a ejercitar gran parte de la zona del tren inferior, que te llevarán aproximadamente 30 minutos desarrollarla, con un tiempo de descanso de 20 segundos entre ejercicio y de un minuto entre ronda, en el vídeo puedes encontrar el número de repeticiones y las rondas a realizar, así como también te muestro parte de mis estiramientos, después de haber realizado esta rutina. !
