Ryan Ford is a parkour athlete, coach, entrepreneur, and author of Parkour Strength Training. Out of Boulder in 2006, Ryan established the first parkour classes in the Western Hemisphere while also becoming one of the original pro parkour athletes in North America. He has performed and coached worldwide for organizations including the New Yorker, K-Swiss, BET, TEDx, Cisco, HP, ESPN, and the U.S. Embassy. In 2009, Ryan opened Apex Denver and since then, has helped grow Apex School of Movement to multiple locations in Colorado and California.
