I started my own healing and transformation journey over a decade ago, and I’ve heard it all. Some advice helped, and others really did not. In this episode, I share 4 pieces of healing advice that never worked for me versus what did when it came to turning around my life and healing from toxic relationships and feeling hurt by the actions of others.
