About the co-hosts Lauren Papanos, MS, RD, CSSD, is board-certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Her interests range from integrative nutrition, specifically as it relates to hormones to metabolism, digestion, wellness, and beyond. Romana Brennan, MS, RD, is board-certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
