S013E04 - Tween Sensation

Tween Sensation   It could be said that every actor or performer takes some form of risk when working in the industry or has “skin in the game” to use modern parlance. Well, that is certainly true of this week’s guest, and in more ways than one!  Colleen Daley is a truly multi-talented actor and has certainly embodied the aforementioned phrase (no spoilers here though!) Early on her passion for performing took her to drama school, a highly successful time for her, and then she ventured out in to the big wide world of the profession, where she seized the opportunity to hone her skills further.  Colleen has taken part in in straight plays, musicals, TV shows and commercials, but a series of fortunate events led from a theatrical job to a wonderful opportunity in children’s television. She describes how four years of her professional life was spent becoming a voice beloved by thousands of children - not only in the UK but all across the globe including places like France, Spain, Italy, Canada, Singapore, Australia and may more.
