The Creative I, the transforming Soul, and the redeeming Spirit will be the pillars of his existence. Meditative discipline is essential for overcoming the illusion of matter and for living fully. BEHIND THE SCENES The music of all 207 Cantos has been entirely retuned to a more harmonious and natural frequency: 432 Hz, resonating with the vibrations of the Universe and the human body. Several emerging studies in quantum physics suggest that this frequency may support biological responses linked to physical and psychological well-being. The River and the Elsewhere is not a simple narration: it is a narrative continent. To be understood, it requires slow, almost ritual listening, for it is born from the interweaving of hundreds of pages, voices, music, memories, meditations and visions that mirror one another like cosmic reflections. Every fragment has been archived, transformed, retuned, brought back into the light and woven anew by the author.
