S02E01: Gender diversity at the top – The need to accelerate women in leadership

Justina is Founder and President of the Justina Mutale Foundation and its Scholarship Programme for young women and girls from Africa to access tertiary education. Through the Foundation, she advocates for gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls. In 2012, Justina was named African Woman of the Year. She is a leadership expert, international keynote Speaker, Guest Lecturer and Bestselling Author of: “The Art of Iconic Leadership: Power Secrets of Female World Leaders” and co-author of “Women on Corporate Boards: An International Perspective”. A recipient of the MANDELA 100 Prize and inductee of the World Book of Greatness, Justina leads and serves on various Boards across the globe and has been honoured with numerous international awards, honours and accolades for her outstanding leadership qualities.
