S03E06 About How Words Create

Creation begins with words, in the mind, what we think, what we speak, what we say in our minds to ourselves, what we believe.We are constantly creating, and we get to choose what reality we create for ourselves. We get to choose to be a victim of our circumstances, or to believe, to speak, to think a new reality into existence.It all starts with awareness, noticing what we are constantly repeating to ourselves, about ourselves. When we question these words, explore their veracity, challenge our assumptions, we transform our life.When we are wired for survival, our nervous system feels comfort in discomfort, we cannot create, we react to external circumstances. We are limited.When we heal our nervous system and shift into a parasympathetic state, we are safe to create, to see all sides, to open ourselves to possibilities.
