* Bonus Episode * S06E17 About Law
This episode is shared from The Tiny Pod on Patreon.Weekly episodes of The Tiny Pod can be found at https://www.patreon.com/c/TheTinyPodThis week on The Tiny Pod Patreon is all About Law, in honour of the courageous Filton 25, particularly those sentenced wrongfully as "terrorists." Throughout history, social justice moved faster than law, and laws were only changed because ordinary people united, and courageously spoke truth to power. Abolitionists were executed for speaking out against slavery, the suffragettes were imprisoned, tortured, force fed and suffered life long injuries, the SS arrested and tortured families sheltering Jewish families, Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, all because they broke laws because they believed in a higher law, and in humanity more than legislation.Witnessing more than 3400 ordinary people in Britain being arrested and detained for holding up bits of cardboard reveals that law and justice are not the same thing, and power has not learnt from history. Law and justice are not the same thing. The Law asks what can be enforced, humanity asks what is the most loving thing to do. History is often where injustice is revealed most glaringly.Law can grant a divorce, but it cannot heal a broken heart, and the disparity between legal resolution and emotional resolution is often enormous. When we are internally guided by values, morals, truth and honesty, the need for external laws falls away. Moral law and government law are often directly opposed, but it is in bridging this gap, and in examining our own values, that we can build a world on fairness, and equality, instead of one dominated by power, technicalities, distorted truths and ledgers.See you next week,Miranda x

*SPECIAL EPISODE* About The Police & Institutional Racism
This article was written last year, and rejected by establishment media so I have chosen to share it here in light of Kemi Badenoch’s dangerous article in The Times. She fails to reference all the reports and reviews :Scarman Report, Lammy Review, IPCC review, IOPC and internal reviews, Baroness Casey Report, Dr Shereen Daniel’s Race Action Plan.. she does however mention the Macpherson inquiry in an attempt to weaken it and reverse the progress it made. She calls for an “independent review” while failing to reference all the reviews and reports that have consistently revealed institutional racism in the police and the Police’s culture of self- protectionism. The met police alone receive an annual budget of over £4.6billion and yet everyone interviewed for this article has experiences of ineffective policing. In fact I am yet to hear one story of successful policing. Ever. The statistics show the same:- only 6.6% of domestic abuse cases ever result in charges- 2.9% of burglaries ever have any action- 0.69% of car thefts are ever even looked into- 0.6% of personal theft ever leads to tangible actionSo what do the police actually do? Who do they protect and serve? Baroness Casey observed they are “long on activity, but short on action.” I see no action at all.

*BONUS EPISODE* S06E15 About Misogyny
This week on The Tiny Pod on Patreon is all about Misogyny, in honour of the courageous girls in Fordingbridge, the courageous women who survived the violence of the IDF when their flotilla was seized on route to Gaza, and all survivors of male violence.People hear the word Misogyny and immediately get defensive. People think of it in its most extreme form as hatred for all women. But unexamined, internalised misogyny is much broader than that, and it is subtle too. It shows up often unconsciously as distrust of women, contempt, control, fear and dismissal. Women can internalise misogyny too, policing other women, competing with other women, being hyper critical of women's appearance, behaviour, mothering, judging female sexuality more harshly than men’s, and choosing male approval over female solidarity. It is how oppressive systems thrive, when the people being oppressed police themselves and each other.Healing misogyny begins with awareness, because we cannot heal what we refuse to see, and curiosity, opening to exploring what assumptions, beliefs and feelings we have internalised but never examined. Healing for men often looks like allowing grief, grieving the tenderness they never had, childhood wounds, hurt from the mother figure, and examining ideas about masculinity they have inherited. Fear and hatred of women cuts men off from intimacy, connection and the most fulfilling freedom of being truly alive. The truth is we are all equal, regardless of gender, geography, wealth, status, biology or race. Anything that contradicts that truth is false. Fear is a construct of the ego. Love is the truth, and love heals all wounds.I hope you enjoy this episode. *BONUS EPISODE* S06E09 About Ceasefire
This week on The Tiny Pod is all About Ceasefire. From the Latin word Cessare, meaning to stop, to yield, to give over, a ceasefire is an exhale, a nervous system rest and reset, and it is only when our nervous systems are parasympathetic, at rest, that we are able to see with clarity and a clear head, and negotiate real peace. Ceasefires create space for peace by stopping further harm, pausing active attacks, and giving clarity a moment to settle. It is a step towards armistice and peace, a pause, not permanent resolution but in that pause peace can be found. As without, so within. When we let the word Ceasefire land on hearts, we feel relief, we soften, we put down our weapons of self-criticism, pressure, perfectionism and allow calm to settle. Ceasefire with ourselves is permission to stop fighting with our self, with others, and with the world. It is in allowing ourselves to be as we are, and others to be as they are, and let life keep lifing that we find peace and stop exhausting ourselves fighting against life as it is.The practice of peace is to notice when we have picked the weapons back up, and choose again and again to put them down. It is a continual, committed practice that takes active surrender to life as it is, and commitment to no longer fighting reality.A ceasefire is a conscious interruption of harm, in a system that has become used to conflict, and creates space for something new to emerge. It is not final, but often the first honest step towards lasting peace. When we regulate our nervous systems we naturally, and consciously move away from anything and anyone that does not bring peace. And each time we choose peace, we choose to put the weapons down, we are really choosing ourselves, choosing each other, choosing love and choosing life. True ceasefire is positive, encouraging, hopeful and an invitation into deeper, lasting peace, joy and love. The full episode and weekly podcast can be found on Patreon every Monday. S05E07 About Faith
This week on The Tiny Pod is all About Faith.Faith isn't just a feeling, it is a state of being fully sure. Faith is inner fortitude. “Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” Everything we now see was once unseen: houses, buildings, clothes, cars were all once just faith that they were possible. Faith is not 'I’ll believe it when I see it,' Faith is "I will see it when I believe it. I will see it because I believe it> Faith is not a strategy, it is a frequency, a walk of life, a choice.Faith is not subject to or dependent on external circumstances, faith remains constant. Faith is a choice that strengthens in endurance and comforts in the storms. Faith is connection.I have loved creating podcasts here on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. It took a leap of faith to begin the Tiny Pod, and what started as a Tiny Pod, a mustard seed of faith, has grown into a tree. This will be my last episode here on Spotify And Apple Podcasts. This sanctuary is moving to Patreon.I am really excited about this next chapter. Patreon feels safe, secure and intentional, a community where people invest, choose and connect. I value my podcasts and am taking a leap of faith that Patreon will sustain The Tiny Pod.To those who want to, I will see you on the other side on Patreon. To everyone else, I wish you peace, love and faith on your journey.Miranda x

S05E06 About Terror
This week on The Tiny Pod is all About Terror.Historically, terror is a tool used by governments for control, distraction away from their atrocities, to instil fear to paralyse any resistance.Terror only survives when we are disconnected - from ourselves, from truth and from each other. The solution is in your nervous system. When we are rooted in ourselves, we cannot be shaken by terror.See you next week,M x

S05E05 About Grief
This week on the Tiny Pod is all About Grief.Grief is found in the everyday, it begins in birth with that first loss of connection from the safety of the womb and compounds throughout childhood with every lost micro connection, trauma, neglect, and moments of rejection and humiliation just for being ourself. We learn early to carry it silently, to adapt, to cope using all the coping mechanisms we can find- denial, avoidance, fantasy, illusion, repression. We get so familiar carrying grief it becomes “normal” and “familiar” in our nervous system. But unfelt grief is heavy, exhausting and impacts us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When we allow ourselves to feel our grief, to acknowledge our losses and witness our past hurts, we free ourselves from being run by the past. We step into presence, and power. There is so much collective grief in the world now it can feel debilitating if we are still carrying our own unprocessed personal grief. As we heal, we create space and capacity to connect, to love, to act and to experience joy fully, deeply, now.See you next week week,Miranda x

S05E04 About Courage
In honour of Alex Pretti, Renee Good, and every single human who has courage to stand up to injustice, this week on The Tiny Pod is all About Courage. The word courage comes from the Latin word ‘cod’ meaning heart. Courage comes from the heart. Our heart is the source of our power, it is the strongest electromagnetic field, it generates our energy.Broken hearts, hard hearts, act from fear. Cowards hide their faces behind masks, their malice behind power and authority. They are hiding from themselves, from their accountability, from their heart. A regulated person stands, shows their face, and has nothing to hide.Historically it has always taken courage for the world to change - the abolitionists, the suffragettes, the civil rights movement were all acts of great courage. Courage is whole hearted, and it asks us to heal our own hearts, to open our hearts and to live wholeheartedly. In a world of terror and violence, there is a temptation to close, to harden. The revolution is to soften, to remain open, to feel and to love. Those who love power forget the power of love.Love overcomes, love wins.Amor Omnia Vincit,M xx

S05E03 About Immigrant
.. And Illegal Alien, and inalienable rights and alienation. This week on the Tiny Pod is all about neutral, natural words immigrant and alien becoming charged when media-political narratives were created as a distraction for power to hide behind. Dehumanising language removes dignity and protection. Labelling a human being an “illegal alien,” criminalises the person, and strips them of their humanity.Power uses law to enact violence under the cover of impunity. Immigration is ancient, biblical, natural. We are all immigrants, moving from town to town, from emotional state to emotional state. From life to life. We are all One Human Race. One Humanity. One Love,Miranda x

S05E02 About Liberal
This week is all About Liberal. The word liberal comes from the Latin word Liber, meaning free. Liberal first found its way into politics in 17th Century England around the time of the “Glorious Revolution.” John Locke, often called the founding father of liberalism, wrote about life, liberty, happiness and self-ownership of property. Thomas Jefferson later took his philosophies and adapted them for the Declaration of Independence- life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and modern democracy in France is founded on liberty, equality and fraternity. It is therefore ironic when people use the term liberal to insult, denigrate or mock another, while using the democratic privileges that liberalism affords them - free speech, platforms, and individual rights.Woke is not about moral performance, it is moral courage, awareness of social injustice, and staying awake to oppression and corruption. When people attack liberals, left and woke, they are trying to poison the values inherent in the words - fairness, equality, individual rights and freedom. Only politicians who maintain power and control through domination need to vilify conscience with courage and love that refuses to stay silent in the face of injustice, oppression and harm.May all beings be free 🙏See you next week,Miranda x

S05E01 About Clarifying
HAPPY NEW YEAR 🌟Welcome to Season 5!As we look back at the year past, and look forward to the year ahead, we have the clarity to see where we are, and to clarify who we are. Clarifying is a process, it involves heat, pressure, time and patience. We often want to skip the process to get to the result, we imagine results will fulfil us- wealth, love, achievements. But it is the process of clarification that builds strength, resilience, and the capacity to hold all we are moving towards. To clarify is to strip back, to remove impurities and allow the fog to be cleared so that all that remains is true. Clarifying is simple, quiet, and purifying. It does not promise ease, but it promises honesty, and honesty lived consistently is peace.See you next week,Miranda x

S04E19 About Capacity
This week is all About Capacity. As the year draws to a close, we reflect on all that has past, and what is to come in the New Year. We make New Years Resolutions, and believe in new possibility. Capacity is the inner structure that allows beliefs to take form: love, money, purpose and change, without collapsing. Beliefs are the initiator, capacity sustains quietly, through steadiness, regulation and trust. Belief, and resolutions invite us forward, capacity expands, is patient in discomfort, and steady in change. Capacity is built in repetitive, moment-to-moment regulation in face of external challenges, emotional vulnerability, and humility. Capacity enlarges us so that when the life we are building arrives, it lands.See you next week,Miranda x

S04E18 About Perfection
This week is all About Perfection. The original meaning of perfection was all about wholeness, completion, and the word implied nothing essential was missing. Our modern world, shaped by religious and capitalist ideas has replaced this completeness with flawlessness.Perfection is the enemy of the good. Needing every thing to be perfect is a signal the nervous system is deregulated, and essentially the body feels unsafe. Seeking perfection is an unconscious form of control, and creates discomfort, anxiety and stress in the body, and the rooms we inhabit. Perfection is unattainable, elusive and therefore unsatisfying to pursue. When we chase perfection, we miss out on presence. This Christmas, I encourage you all to relax into the now, to enjoy the truth of being human in all its imperfect, beautiful unpredictability and to focus instead on authentic connection, presence and one another.Joy cannot exist with perfection, so at this time of year when we want everything to be perfect, instead choose joy. Choose each other. Choose love. Let peace reign in your homes and in your hearts.Happy Christmas to you and yours 🌟❤️Much love,Miranda x

S04E17 About Quantify
This week is all about how we try to quantify our life to find meaning, comfort and a sense of control. Our modern world celebrates quantity - how much money, power, achievements, titles, friends we have. We measure the success of relationships in the length of time couples are together. It is in the quality, not quantity, that true value is found.See you next week,M x

S04E16 About Transaction
Transaction originally meant to drive something through, bringing something to fulfilment. It was complete in and of itself.Over time, transaction became about exchange, commerce, giving and receiving, and it is this modern understanding that has become contaminated by fear, greed and ego.Transaction from scarcity is a trauma response. When you are in survival, transaction is about trying to win.Overflow transaction is about living in a state where you can’t lose. When you are whole, you give from fullness without need for return because you are already complete. Giving is a natural extension and expression of your fullness, and sovereignty. You can give love, energy, resources and time without any expectation, and this is where true freedom, trust, and alignment live.It is from our own fullness that we are able to build and nurture true, authentic connection with others fearlessly.See you next week,Miranda x

S04E15 About Dominance
Today on The Tiny Pod is all About Dominance.Dominance is a survival mechanism, it is primal- whoever had resources, territory and control survived. Dominance is built on the nervous system of the traumatised. Our modern world today continues to reward dominance: those who perform, control, force and strive garner attention, wealth, power and influence. Dominators have to win at all costs because their identity collapse without the win. True Power doesn’t need a victory to know its worth. Dominance is loud, it shouts, true power simply is. Dominance is outward: force, performance, ego, spectacle. True power is quiet certainty, alignment, conviction, presence, grace and humility. Cultivating true power and breaking free of domination systems requires nervous system regulation, emotional maturity, and alignment. It is a shift from “I must dominate to be worthy,” to knowing you are inherently worthy and therefore do not need to dominate, prove or fight for control.See you next week,Miranda x

S04E14 About Money
This week is all About Money.Money is used by the wealthy to disempower, to distract us away from our self and to create shame that exhausts us to enslave us to a broken system that thrives on the oppression of others.Capitalism needs us to spend, to serve and to remain in a constant state of lack so that we forget who we truly are. Alignment is our natural state, and nothing pulls us out of alignment faster than centralising money and the pursuit of wealth.Sustainable wealth is built through alignment in our bodies, regulation in our nervous system, consciousness in our mental chatter, neural programming and openness in our hearts. When we value love, generosity flows. When we value money, we hoard, defend and protect our money at the expense of our integrity. True wealth is found internally, through aligning our body, heart, mind and soul. Abundance flows when we live in alignment, when we value relationship with others over competition, and when we give freely, rather than frantically consuming, and fearfully hoarding.Money cannot buy peace, safety, security or dignity. Consciousness is the way to true, lasting wealth, because when we know who we are and we value ourselves, we cannot be bought for all the money in the world.See you next week,M x

S04E13 About Kindness
This week’s pod, in honour of World Kindness Day on Thursday 13th November, is all About Kindness.True kindness is not actions, gestures, donations. It is the intention behind them. It flows from your heart, it is your inherent nature. When we are in survival, competition, proving our worth, seeking favour, we cannot be truly kind because we are seeking a return “in kind,” recognition, social favour. When we are seeking praise, we are giving conditionally, and kindness becomes performative and transactional.True kindness is both who we are in our essence, at our heart, and a learned, life long practice of generosity and empathy. True kindness needs nothing, seeks nothing, asks nothing, and is freely given. Kindness heals, kindness creates trust and safety both in our own selves and in the community around us. Kindness is who we are, not what we do.See you next week,M x

S04E12 About Peace
This week is all About Peace, in honour of Remembrance Day.Our government, political and financial structures were built on war, violence, inequality, oppression to control society, and enrich the few in power.War is big business, the government increases its annual spend on defence year on year. And even peace is commodified, the very companies that supplied the weapons of mass destruction now fighting to win contracts for reconstruction of what they destroyed.War becomes a toxic loop of power, money, destruction and construction.Even the wellness industry tries to gate keep peace, and sell it back to us.Peace, true peace, is here with us now. It is found in the courage to hold truth, to know injustice and to honestly see the world as it is. Peace is found in rest, and it is found in surrender. War is control through external force, and peace is self control built internally.Peace is found in presence, now, it is not waiting for us . We do not need permission from anyone to have peace, we just need to let ourselves remember. As we remember those who have fallen, and the cost of peace, may we remember the peace we owe to ourselves.See you next week M x

S04E11 About Love
This week I talk About Love. The word ‘love’ is misused to describe all manner of actions, behaviours, feelings and desires that are not love at all.We use ‘love’ to manipulate, control, survive. When we fear, whether we fear losing someone or something, fear being alone, or fear being known, we cannot love, truly.Courage is from the heart, and from the heart, love casts out fear. For further reading on the quotes I referenced today: 1 John 41 Corinthians 13See you next week,LOVEMiranda x

S04E10 About Truth
Truth can be divisive, polarising . We risk losing belonging to a family, a community or a collective built on pretence and performance when we speak truth. This threat of rejection can keep us stuck in dishonesty, and silent out of fear.Truth is uncomfortable for those who have not built the capacity to hold it. Truth is the enemy of oppressors and systems that thrive on our ignorance, complacency and fear.Truth is a muscle we grow into. As we open to truth, and allow the discomfort of truth to move through us, we grow into our capacity to know ourselves, form true relationships and be an active part of true, meaningful community.Anything lost when we speak truth and live by truth was false, fleeting and illusory. Truth cannot be lost, it is a firm foundation upon which we can grow, and it is an anchor on which we can depend, and deepen into trust.See you next week,Miranda x

S04E09 About Community
Community, in its true sense of shared values, shared care, unity and responsibility towards one another feeds our soul.Community can also be superficial, performative, transactional, a comfort we use when it benefits us. We talk of how wonderful our community is, as long as it costs us nothing and serves all our superficial needs.True community asks of us participation. True community is giving when no one is watching, supporting causes that do not personally benefit us, and standing united against systems that oppress and harm others, especially when we are not directly affected ourselves.True community is connection, love and unity. Come- unity. Through true community we join together, we stand together and we create an interdependence that is at the heart of healthy relating. We are stronger together, united we rise.See you next week,Miranda x

S04E08 About Silence
Silence can be a shield, a protection from negativity and a tool to preserve time and energy where our words go unheard. But silence can also be participation in abuse, oppression and harm. When we see or know of injustice, and we choose to remain silent, we are choosing complicity in that injustice.United we have the power to change and challenge systems that cause harm, individuals that abuse, and damaging institutions reliant on our compliance and silence.United we stand 🙏See you next week,Miranda x

S04E07 About White Privilege
This week I talk about white privilege. We often shy away from topics that are uncomfortable. We deny our own contribution to the parts of society that we deem ugly, immoral, or challenging. But unless we are willing and able to look at ourselves, and to transform ourselves, we will never be able to transform society, or systems like oppression, racism, and othering.White privilege is subtle, often unconscious, pervasive, insidious. It has existed throughout history and still exists today in all areas of life and society. May we all be able to look at how we contribute to racism, oppression and may we be willing to see the inhumane inequality of our society.May we all unite and stand together, may we rise together and live freely, peacefully, equally. We are all one. United we rise, divided we fall.See you next week,Miranda x

S04E06 About Systemic Racism & Police Brutality
On Monday 29th September 2025 at 2:30pm in a quiet residential street in North West London, near the local primary school, a 34 year old man was violently attacked by a police officer.Constable Merrick 2497NW, on SOLO patrol, pursued , mounted and smashed in the head this young man, using his handcuffs as a lethal weapon. He sat on the victim, he pressed his face into the ground and placed his forearm on his neck, all while the man was bleeding heavily from the severe head wound, in non resistance. The Met Police have responded by dismissing all complaints. The local community - mothers on the school run, strong men, passers by, did nothing. They judged and shamed the victim, assuming because he is black he must be guilty. They walked through the crime scene, more interested in blood on the sole of their shoes, than the soul of a man bleeding on the pavement.I have become a pariah on the school run, they shame me too for association. To address this inhumanity, desensitisation, this “othering” at the heart of racism, we have to be willing to look at the truth, to look at history objectively, and to look at ourselves. Where have we internalised racism? Where to we contribute to racism in our own lives and community? We are all one. United we rise, United we can enact change. We can get justice. We can get Constable Merrick 2497NW charged and removed from the police force if we unite.I urge anyone and everyone with social media, a platform, legal knowledge, political power, media contacts to like, share, repost, comment the footage on TikTok, YouTube, and on Instagram.Let’s choose love ❤️See you next weekMiranda Instagram : https://www.instagram.com/thetinypod258?igsh=MWRjNHhkbTkyODhyMw%3D%3D&utm_source=qrTikTok : https://www.tiktok.com/@mirandapod?_t=ZN-90IZRdu0d2U&_r=1

S04E05 About The Quest
Many of us are on a quest, in pursuit of various forms of external validation or external comforts. Quests are the “when’s” - when I get a promotion, when I move home, when I get married- yet when we arrive, instead of satisfaction, contentment and peace we are consumed with another when. The quieter, subtler quest inward is the one that leads us to true peace. The quest to know ourselves and be known, truly, vulnerably and authentically. To discover our own values and live them, no longer consumed by performing for others approvals and external accolades. As Jung so beautifully put it, “He who looks outside dreams; he who looks inside, awakes.”See you next week,Miranda x

S04E04 About Spiritual Warfare
Whether we live by faith or we follow science, it all leads to the same conclusion- there is negative and positive energies at play. This is the nature of existence. We are hard wired to see, remember and look for negativity. This is the survival programming, the negativity bias that we can rewire with consistent positive actions, choices, thoughts and behaviours.Heart coherence can only be found in positivity, and it is this heart coherence that has the power to shape our reality, create our dreams, improve our cognitive function, lower stress and raise our immunity.Moment to moment, choice by choice we rewire our brains and recondition our bodies, hearts, minds and souls to thrive.See you next week,Miranda

S04E03 About Spiritual Bypassing
This week’s pod is about Spiritual bypassing, a term coined by John Welwood in the 1980s that he used to define as when we use spiritual ideas, practices, or language to avoid facing painful emotions, unresolved wounds, or real-life responsibilities. We want to be healed and therefore rush to perform healing, integration and alignment at the expense of true healing. It is a performance, a shiny coat of oneness, surrender, light and love we cover our grief, anger, shame, or trauma with instead of actually working through them.Spiritual bypassing is a survival mechanism, it is avoidance of our shadow, unhealed, human parts and it gets in the way of true healing, authenticity, vulnerability, connection with ourself and others and true freedom. It is disempowering and exhausting. When we allow ourselves to truly feel and heal, we find safety in ourselves and therefore safety with others and the world around us.See you next week,Miranda x

S04E02 About Cycles

S04E01 About Quality of Life
SEASON 4 IS HERE!!This week I talk about quality of life. Society conditions us to believe quality of life is bought, outside of ourselves, in organic food and products, or the size of our house, the education of our children, or the clothes we wear.Quality of life starts within. We cannot truly be healthy, vital, and free when we are still running on survival programming and our nervous systems are deregulated and in a state of fight and flight. Our nervous systems inform almost every system in the body. The invitation is to practice feeling as good as if you are on holiday right here and now. Feel your shoulders soften, breathe deeply, let the corners of your mouth lift into a gentle smile.. that is a nervous system shift. That is the state we can appreciate and strengthen the quality of our life.See you next week,Miranda

S03E15 BONUS EPISODE: About Notting Hill Carnival
To celebrate Notting Hill Carnival, this episode explores its history and how the carnival is a beautiful example of joy as resistance, of the power of community, and of celebration as revolution.Divided we fall, united we rise. S03E14 About Integration
I define integration as when our body, mind , heart and soul form a cohesive whole, and are in integrity with one another. When all these four pillars that form our ‘self’ are in alignment with our truest self, with our innate truth, goodness, wholeness. This week I talk about the body, mind, heart and soul and how when we lean on one and ignore the other three, we are out of alignment with our self. This is the work I love, and this alignment transforms not only the health of our own lives, but the health of our entire world.See you next week,Miranda

S03E13 About Worthiness
We are conditioned to externalise our worth, to measure ourselves against others, to base our value on our productivity, our wealth, our beauty. We are conditioned to rely on the validation of others .When we dissolve these illusions, all that remains is truth- you were born worthy, you woke up worthy, you are worthy now and always just for being.Worth is not earnt, it is remembered.See you next week,Miranda xx

S03E12 About Time
Time is an illusion we use to avoid change. We weaponise time against ourselves when we buy into and live by the constructed false belief that it takes time to heal, change, or grow.We are conditioned to avoid discomfort, pain and change but these are the routes to freedom. Now is power, now is possibility, now is when we change. See you next week,M xx

S03E11 About Performance
We are conditioned to perform, to please, to seek approval, to belong. We spend so much time and energy performing kindness, or tidiness or perfection. It distracts us from investing energy in ourself, and in actually being any of things we hope others think we are.Through deep self enquiry, self acceptance and self love we become unapologetically ourselves, authentic and free. We become safe, we love freely, and we meet ourselves and others in neutrality, free of judgement, shame and competition.See you next week,M xx

20
S03E10 About Judgement
What we judge in others, we are denying in ourselves. We judge others to feel better, superior, to relieve our own inner judgement, if only fleetingly.Judgement is playing God. There is no right or wrong, good or bad, there is only what is. It is our shame based thinking that measures people, circumstances and experiences on a judgement scale conditioned into us and fuelled by our lack of worthiness, lovability, our own shame. It is in leaning into this shame and its discomfort, getting curious about its roots, and going deep into our emotions that we liberate ourselves of all judgement, both of ourselves and others.Non-judgemental relating is safe, giving and loving without conditions. It is fuelled by self worth, self trust and discernment forged in the shedding of conditioned thinking, inherited identities, and rigid beliefs. We connect when we drop out of judgement and into allowing what is to be what is.See you next week,M xx

S03E09 About Faith
Faith is trust that all is working out in our favour even when it feels challenging. Even when we are experiencing discomfort, trials, and we cannot see evidence or proof it will get better, or even how it will, faith is the trust that keeps us going.Discomfort is the way. We are conditioned to avoid discomfort, it serves our consumerist society to keep us empty and consuming, distracted and seeking comfort externally. Faith strengthens our ability to move into, and therefore through discomfort to the peace, self-trust, wholeness on the other side. Sportsman mastered their sport through discomfort, discipline, devotion, consistency and showing up in the rain even when it hurt. They had faith in themselves, and that faith is rooted in God.It is this same consistency, discipline, devotion and commitment that leads to our mastery of ourselves. And leaning into discomfort is the path home. Faith heartens our journey through this discomfort, and gives us the courage to keep going.See you next week,M xx

S03E08 About Mirrors
Everyone we meet is a mirror, a reflection of what we believe about our self internally. When we are triggered by someone or something outside of ourself, that trigger is a wound within. They have activated an old wound, an old belief from our early years when our identity was being formed by society, parents, when we were downloading information and believing the identity that was placed on us.When we free ourselves from these limiting beliefs, when we return to the wholeness that is our birthright, we are free. We can have compassion for their projections, for what they are reflecting onto us. Instead of taking it personally we can look at what feeling is arising in us- is it a sense of unworthiness, unlovablility, too muchness, shame? And when we feel, we heal. When we heal within, we are free from external proving, explaining, justifying, denying, blaming. We are free from separation and we can sink into the wholeness that is our essence. Love is the antidote to fear, and love starts with ourselves. Every revolutionary act that brought true progress was rooted in love. Love and authenticity are the most powerful, revolutionary and liberating emotions. And love is all there is when we shed the limiting beliefs that imprison us and cause opposition with others and with the world.See you next week,Mxx

S03E07 About Choices
Following on from last week, once we are aware of our words, their power to create how we feel, and the world around us, we can choose to follow thoughts that feel good, take action aligned with our true selves, no longer running on survival mode of fear, lack, scarcity.“I don’t know” is no longer terrifying, it frees us from any limits we’ve unconsciously placed on ourselves and opens us up to the infinite possibility that is our birthright. And as we make one choice that feels good, comfortable, aligned, true, freeing, we want to make more. And choice by choice, our whole lives transform.I love hearing from you. S03E06 About How Words Create
Creation begins with words, in the mind, what we think, what we speak, what we say in our minds to ourselves, what we believe. We are constantly creating, and we get to choose what reality we create for ourselves. We get to choose to be a victim of our circumstances, or to believe, to speak, to think a new reality into existence. It all starts with awareness, noticing what we are constantly repeating to ourselves, about ourselves. When we question these words, explore their veracity, challenge our assumptions, we transform our life. When we are wired for survival, our nervous system feels comfort in discomfort, we cannot create, we react to external circumstances. We are limited. When we heal our nervous system and shift into a parasympathetic state, we are safe to create, to see all sides, to open ourselves to possibilities. We are limitless. Our words have power. You are more powerful than you think you are!See you next week xx

S03E05 About Shame
“Shame is a soul eating emotion,” Carl Yung.Shame is carried down generation to generation, as caregivers act in familiar and shameless ways towards their children, and their children then carry this shame and act shamelessly themselves.Shame kills. It is a silent killer that thrives in silence, secrecy, it tells us to hide ourselves, our stories, our vulnerability, our authenticity, our feelings. It stifles creativity, vulnerability and self expression. It tells us to hide, and die.Shame cannot survive in connection, when spoken out loud, when shared with a caring other. Authenticity is the most powerful electromagnetic feeling in our heart and shame is the lowest vibration. Love truly does win over shame, if we allow it to move through us, and we free ourselves to share our shame.Shame lives in the nervous system, causing exhaustion, discomfort and disease. As we allow ourselves to feel, we develop our capacity to move out of stress and into our natural state of rest and digest. We come home to our self when we allow ourselves to feel and heal our shame. We feel safe when we are truthful, honest and open with ourselves, and others. It is vital we talk about shame so that we can live freely, peacefully, fully and gently. It is vital to unpack shame so we can love and be loved, we can connect, no longer driven by performance, external validation and a desperation to impress others.I love hearing from you all so much, please keep sharing your thoughts, your stories, your questions and all coaching and speaking enquiries. The email address is [email protected] you next week,Miranda x

S03E04 About the soul
This week is all about connecting to our soul, our inner knowing, and our connection with all creation. This is the fourth of my four pillars that provide the foundation for living a life of freedom, truth, and peace. We are able to connect, listen, and follow our inner knowing when our body, mind and heart are in calm, cohesion. Listening to our intuition and connecting with our soul brings all four elements into alignment and from this state our energy is clear, clean and lasting. Our soul is true, love, truth.

S03E03 About the Heart
This week I talk about the heart. The third in the series of my four pillars of alignment that form my road map for living authentically, wholly, freely, peacefully. The heart is the most powerful organ of the body, the first to form and the only organ that we cannot live without. The heart has its own brain, that feels, remembers and regulates cardiac rhythms. Its magnetic field is 5000 x stronger than the brain. Our hearts magnetism can be measured metres outside of our body. To open our heart, to heal our heart, we have to feel . To feel is to heal, and it is through that deep sacred grief work of healing our past hurts that we open to our infinite possibility, we grow our capacity to love and be love, and we are finally able to live the life we imagine.I love hearing from you all, and will start replying to some of your questions on air so please keep writing in. And I am having a wonderful time coaching so many of you, spaces are filling up so do get in touch if you would like a session with me.All enquiries: [email protected] you next week! xx

S03E02 About The Mind
This week’s pod is all about the mind, the second of my four pillars of alignment - Body, Mind, Heart and Soul. The mind is so powerful. We generate between 60,000 - 70,000 thoughts every day and 90% of them are the same every day. We are re living yesterday in a different outfit, running on autopilot.“If we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change.” Dr Wayne DyerWhen we bring awareness to our thoughts, our self talk, and the feelings they are generating in our bodies, we realise we have a choice. Choosing how we think and feel is how we reclaim our power, our lives. We shift from victim of circumstances to conscious creators. All enquiries: [email protected] you next week x

S03E01 About the Body
Season 3 is here!!! I am so excited to be launching Season 3. Season 1 was the gathering of information, science, tools, research and literature and sharing with you every step of the way. Season 2 was the integration of these tools, ideas and concepts that led to my body, mind, heart, soul integration that is the foundation for how I live, and what I teach. So season 3? I’m here to share how I live, what works, what I have found and how I have totally changed my life. It all began in the body, with a total shift in my nervous system from sympathetic stress, to parasympathetic rest. Through a curious and compassionate enquiry into how I was feeling in the body, what I was thinking in the mind and how those two were informing and creating my life, everything changed.Thank you all so much for your support, I love hearing from you, so please continue to share with me anything and everything, and send all coaching enquiries to [email protected]. See you next week!

S02E10 About Self- Actualisation
Today is the Scorpio Flower Moon, a beautiful pairing of death and rebirth, darkness and growth, decay and fertility. This week I talk about self actualisation- what does it even mean? I describe it as a peaceful parasympathetic nervous system, heart coherence, the developing of healthy neural pathways in the brain, and connecting to something bigger than my tiny mind. These four pillars are my foundation for being in integrity of body, heart, mind and soul . I am so proud to look back over the last 7 months, this body of work, and my blueprint to healing, change and growth. Thank you for all your support. See you next week.

S02E06 About Audacity
Today is Good Friday, a nod to all the mythologies and traditions around the life death life cycle.I discuss the word audacity, and how it is courageous and daring to feel our feelings. Our hearts are the most powerful organ in the body, constantly sending out electromagnetic energy that radiates beyond our physical body. So having the audacity to feel and release our emotions brings our entire body into a coherent physiological state, improving not only our own well being, but the vibrations and energy we give our to everyone around us.
