Our guests today, Mette Johansson worked in leadership roles across Asia and Europe for multinational corporations for over 15 years before she founded MetaMind Pte Ltd, a training consultancy, which provides learning programmes in leadership, people and communication skills. MetaMind has received multiple awards and is regularly featured in media. Clients include large organisations such as Citibank, Microsoft, UPS, Barilla, GE and Zalora. Mette is very active in the area of Diversity and Inclusion, not least as the founder of the global not-for-profit Women KeyNote Speakers directory, which is on a mission to bring more diversity to speaking stages. Axel Johansson with a background of over 20 years working for a multinational company in Japan, Singapore and Germany, Axel Johansson is an experienced Marketing and Sales leader. In 2016, Axel left the corporate world to focus on his passion: helping clients to enhance their performance and guide them through transformation processes such as career changes. As a ICF certified coach, he has gained the trust of senior leaders across many industries by navigating them through challenging situations and to promotions. As a consultant, he is supporting corporations in evaluating M&A opportunities, as well as new digital technologies.
