Our guest today, Tony is the Founder and Managing Partner of Beta Digital, a specialist strategy and digital transformation advisory firm. He is also a Co-Founder of The Digital Transformation Lab, Cork University Business School, a Think-Tank comprised of experts from industry, academia and consulting. In addition, he is the Programme Director for Digital Leadership at the Irish Management Institute.Tony has extensive executive and line-management experience, complemented by both non-executive and advisory roles. His career has spanned both industry and consulting and he has advised numerous boards and executive teams over the past decade.
