S04E02: Agile – Growth engine for the modern workplace

As a VP of Technology at OCBC Bank, Ravi is a pioneer and thought leader of the agile mindset. He has outstanding knowledge of the software development business, having led engineering teams of several hundred, and executed projects using agile and traditional methods with multi-million-dollar budgets.He is currently facilitating an agile cultural transformation whilst rewriting internet and mobile customer facing software using microservices. He expresses a lifelong passion for technology but prioritizes the individual and their humanity as the primary source of transformation. He has previously held senior software engineering management roles in major global banks such as Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, and Standard Chartered.
