S04E08 About Silence

Silence can be a shield, a protection from negativity and a tool to preserve time and energy where our words go unheard. But silence can also be participation in abuse, oppression and harm. When we see or know of injustice, and we choose to remain silent, we are choosing complicity in that injustice. United we have the power to change and challenge systems that cause harm, individuals that abuse, and damaging institutions reliant on our compliance and silence.
