Busman’s Holiday   Anyone who regularly tunes in to Drewling Samantics will know that Drew and Sam have few complaints when it comes to their work, but, regardless of the fortunate lack of negativity, it is still important to take time out and relax (if that’s ever possible!)  In this episode our podcasting pair turn the discussion to things that occupy them during their rare moments of down time, and, as with the majority of the population, most of what the boys seek out to amuse themselves is within the arts - be that film, TV, theatre, books, or anything else along those lines. But does that mean they are really getting a break? What are they currently listening to, reading, or binge watching and why? When does recreation leak into work or research, and vice-versa? All these questions are addressed and answered in today’s show, and help give us a bit of a glimpse into what makes Drew and Sam tick.  There’s also a chance to remember and say a sad farewell to some great actors that we have lost recently. While it’s never a pleasant time, being able to recognise and be thankful for the wealth of talent, both in the UK and overseas, is invaluable.
