S1, E2: The Use of Tutors, "Paying to Win", & Culture in the Bay Area + More!

In the second episode of "The Haleakalan" podcast, we touch on the use of tutors in weighted classes, such as AP/IB/honors classes, and debate whether "paying to win" is essentially what a tutor does for students in the Bay Area. By recollecting either past experiences with tutors we've had ourselves,  or some of our friends have had, we were able to reach several different conclusions about the topic.
