S1, E4: Mars Colonization & How To Structure a Society/Government on Mars + More!

In the fourth episode of "The Haleakalan" podcast, we discuss an ideal form of government and how to establish a society, in places that have never been infiltrated with human life. One possible place for future human life that may open up in at least the next millennium, is Mars. We gab about an ideal government to fit the Martian life criteria, as well as debate over each other's ideas of government. We've tried to avoid giving our perspective on modern political issues, but it ended up aiding us in configuring our own ideas of a government on Mars nonetheless. Another thing we've tried avoiding was any sort of discussion on something overly logistical, but it was almost inevitable in this episode. We are just a couple of high school students passionate in topics like these; we don't have a degree in astrobiology or anything as such.
