Today's episode is an interview with Ra'Shede Hageman (former professional NFL player who played in Super Bowl LI for the Atlanta Falcons). Ra'Shede started training with DeVentri since he was in high school and throughout his professional career. We talked with Ra'Shede about his journey from local Minnesota basketball player to his recruiting journey to the University of Minnesota and then what happened on draft night when the Atlanta Falcons selected him.  We talk to him about his ups and downs, what he thinks made him "different" and lastly he shares advice on what they think young athletes should be doing to give themselves a competitive edge.  We hope you enjoyed this episode!
