Today's episode is an interview with Troy Jones who has made his living as a Muay Thai and Kickbox fighter. Troy is the WMC PAN AM CHAMPION, Glory KB ranked 7th, WBC Muay Thai ranked 10th and IFMA two-time winner. We talked to Troy about growing up playing team sports like football through college and how he searched for something to keep him competitive after college. He found Muay Thai and kickboxing and fell in love with it. Troy talks about how he had to learn to excel in an individual sport since he'd grown up playing in teams.
