S1 EP31: Shawn Major - Niakwa‘s Superintendent

Shawn Major – Niakwa’s Superintendent joins the show. He’s also one of the few accredited golf course superintendents working in the province. He’s spent time out West and out East, but calls Winnipeg home. He’s also a pretty good golfer. Shawn fills us in on how he set up Niakwa for the Men’s Mid-Am and Women’s Amateur this year, a day in his life, prepping the course for LPGA and PGA tournaments, getting up early, playing in the Canadian Superintendent's tourney, building a course, installing new greens, and so much more.
