In today’s world, where we're constantly plugged into everyone’s lives and bombarded by the illusion that everyone is happy all the time, we’ve started to believe that any discomfort means we’re in the wrong place or not living life the "right" way.We’ve bought into the cheap advice of “If you feel this way, it’s not for you,” and by chasing a perfect life free of any “negative” emotions, we only end up more frustrated, anxious, and unfulfilled.In this episode, I dive into why we sabotage ourselves by thinking we should always be happy and comfortable.
