This led Ivanna a career in behavioral economics and life sciences and as a film maker, writing and directing the short film ’The Other side’ about the impact of war in families with both Ukrainian and Russian roots.. Anne Katrine, known as AK, As a leader of teams specializing in organizational development and transformation, has often been frustrated by the oversimplified advice in business literature, and has made it her ambition to bring more reality into the leadership and workforce discussions like this.
