S11|EP20 - Happy 40th Howard Palmer

I struggled with creating this episode only because I knew it was going to be emotional for me. Not every day I turn 40. 🧭 —{ Looking back now, there’s so much to remember so much to be thankful for and so much to learn from. It’s always best to move on when the feeling is right and to live for your truths. Never stand too close to your fears but also allow your intuition to guide you. I don’t know what 40 is, because to me it means I still have time to grow and do better each day. Discipline myself and create better paths. Again there’s a lot that I continue to learn from. I’m beyond thankful for my family; they have always been by my side and never judged me. I love you so much ❤️. I understand that I’m more than just this body and a lot of what I experience in this version of life, is history being generationally pass through me ... and I see them as my spirit guides.
