I was scared, initially, to share this with all of you today, because what I'm going to talk about can be difficult for some people to reconcile or understand.Ultimately, I made the right decision, both in the past to share this same information with family, friends, and even our child's school, and now, when I'm sharing it with you.I'm glad I was strong enough then and now to be able to do that. Self-love and self-care aren't selfish - taking care of yourself means you are better equipped to take care of those around you and be resilient (not resistant) in the face of change.Support the show
