S1EP55 Feelings...it's Okay to Feel Them

Join me today for a very honest and very real podcast where I share my thoughts and feelings about a very chaotic year.I can get overwhelmed with parenting, work, etc. so I'm here today to say it's ok to feel that way. It's ok to just feel. And I want to remind you that you can feel happy too! You're allowed to feel happy! You deserve it!Something I've learned though, is that part of feeling an emotion is to release that emotion.  Trying to bottle it up or ignore it just makes it worse when that emotion becomes too strong to contain anymore.So ask yourself, "What can I do to feel better?"Even the smallest thing you can do now will help you both today and down the road.Support the show
