S1EP71 It's Ok Not To Feel Ok

from Loving Me, Myself & Life · host With Jody Myciak

Today I'd like to talk about something that's been a big revelation in my self-love journey - that it's ok not to feel ok.There was a time in my life where I'd sugarcoat something bad in my life - strive to find some good in a bad situation - that's The Secret right? Well, I'm here to share my thoughts on feelings on this and the fact that you may actually be doing yourself a disservice. There's nothing at all wrong with you if you are sad, or feeling depressed. Our feelings are there to let us know that something is wrong; that we are out of alignment. If you ignore those feelings - trying to stay positive -  then you won't be able to change your situation. Our emotions, both "positive" and "negative" are there to tell us something. So if you really want to be happy, you need to listen to them.P.S. If you need someone to talk to, openly and honestly, remember that I'm here for you!Support the show
