The widespread use of AI and social media has brought about unprecedented changes in our lives. Still, it has also been linked to various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and addiction. Our guest, Wayne Hinds is a technology specialist with over 20 years of experience in data and analytics. He founded 2020 Insight Consulting & Marketing, providing digital services to assist businesses in making better decisions by leveraging their data resources. He's also the President of TRUTH Communications Media & Publications. Wayne is the author of “Reclaim Your Digital Gold” a book on personal data and its role in shaping business and society, an excellent read for all ages. His community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of MissionFest Toronto and he holds several leadership positions at his church. Wayne is passionate about technology's impact on our lives, but also concerned about its consequences.
