Rafa lideró la iniciativa para comprar lo carritos de golf titulados "Garita Free Rides" que actualmente dan pon a cientos de residentes en el casco diariamente. Hay una aplicación, desde myoldsanjuan.info, donde se puede contactar al chofer para que te busque. Sin duda, un adelanto en movilidad que da un servicio esencial para muchos residentes. En este episodio dialogamos sobre lo que podemos hacer para seguir mejorando la experiencia de visitar el Viejo San Juan y la oportunidad que presenta el alcalde para adelantar hacia estos fines.
