S2 EP 3: when your friends are not okay (young women special)
from Headspace Sessions Podcast Adelaide · host Headspace Adelaide
'You are just being emotional' - It is far too often reported that women feel judged when they speak up about their mental health struggles. So what can you do when a female friend opens up? In this podcast, headspace Adelaide volunteers Maiah Stewardson, Steph Hefferan and Claire Coleman discuss this from their point of view and share their own experiences. This episode joins in from S2 Episode 2: when your friends are not okay (men's health week special). Stay tuned for S2 Episode 3, which will explore more in-depth the gender differences noted in S2 Episode 2 and 3. Season two is led by: Steph Hefferan and Declan Heath, along with the headspace Adelaide Youth Reference Group and Youth Ambassadors. Produced with support from Shane Hough and Jeff Smith.
