S2 Ep14: Sending Self-Protection in Relationships to Hell

In this episode, Janet weaves the story of her journey in embracing vulnerability. As a girl, she learned to build walls in relationships, perfecting the survival skill of stoicism in the midst of family instability. Carrying her “strong” self-reliance into adulthood, her ability to be truly known in relationships was limited.
