S2 EP3 Bertie Niblett youth in Farming

As only one of the a few guests we've had who are actually farmers on DOTFP. Bertie is a great example of the Young Farmers community. After growing up on his family farm and having different challenges to overcome in his own youth, Bertie has now gone on to set up his own contracting business in the Midlands. Both himself and Henry connect through there passion of Farming and how the industry may go forward in this tricky/uncertain time. As well as Bertie sharing his own personal experiences of starting his own business at a young age and the complications that come with it.
